We do not produce in cheap wage lands! Our products are " Made in Germany ". Many parts of our competitors come from Taiwan, China and other cheap wage lands, with a corresponding quality.

Convertible doors

Left and right doors fit 1302/1303 convertible models, and are equipped with side-impact protection. Original quality, German manufacture, cataphoresis-treated (note: door locking mechanism on the 1302 model requires adaptation to the 1303 standard).

Doors and side panels have been unavailable for a number of years. With precision tools, we manufacture convertible doors and side panels for the bug, thereby consolidating the supply of spare parts for the future. The standard of the manufactured parts complies with current automobile construction requirements.

Our huge stock of spare parts guarantees the supply of original spare parts.

Rusty frame head and both floor halves and "Napoleonhut" removed, new reproduction frame head, "Napoleonhut" and both floor halves (Mexican manufacture) with seat tracks inc. guiding instruments welded, complete floor plate sand-blasted, galvanised and powder coated.
A floor plate delivered grease-free costs € 3.336,00 inc. VAT including materials from our Reichertshofen base for the process described above. Delivery follows within 6 to 8 weeks or according to arrangement.

Raw frames, spray-painted in 2 layers, finished with wings, engine and luggage compartment hoods and doors exchanged for your previous frame, from our Reichertshofen base.
Delivery follows within 8-12 weeks.

The frame for the convertible hood, exchanged for your old frame, overhauled, sandblasted and powder-coated, from our Reichertshofen base.

Since 2003, we also work on VW sedans. Restoration work follows the same procedural steps.
