The basic model is not an economy model. It is equipped with a radio, heated rear window, all period extras, and the period’s most powerful engine (50HP/37kW).

The sport exhaust developed specifically for the VW (see Accessories) is likewise standard issue, as are the exclusive fitted carpets and other accessories.

A restored model retains only the original windscreen frame, dashboard and a few of the original rear body parts.
